OUR HISTORY
Canyon Development Limited (CDL) was first established in 1985 and provided Hong Kong’s construction industry with a diverse range of metal scaffolding and formwork services. The company engaged in various projects including the construction of the Tsing Ma Bridge, Tuen Mun Highway, Nina Tower, KCRC West Rail, Cyberport Residential Development, and Hong Kong Disneyland.
Canyon Metal Scaffolding Engineering Limited (CMS), later established in 2005, has played a significant role pioneering the metal scaffolding designs and components available to construction firms throughout Hong Kong. The Company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and operates with the support of CDL to provide safe, reliable designs and products for construction sites as well as continuously innovating to better serve its clients. Since its conception, CMS has played a vital role in projects such as the Central Police Station Conservation & Revitalization Project, the development of the Hong Kong/Zhuhai/Macau Bridge, and numerous MTR expansions, including the Shatin/Central Link, South Island Line (East), West Island Line, Central/Wanchai Bypass, and Express Rail Link. Moreover, CMS has become one of Hong Kong’s most popular and reliable sources for engineering innovation and versatile yet practical safety products.

On top of providing rental and sales of metal scaffolding components, Canyon also controls the design and installation processes in order to suit every individual client’s needs. Our diverse catalog includes scaffolding frames, shorebrace frames, square supports, formwork, etc. – enabling our clients to incorporate our products for a wide range of applications. Additionally, Canyon offers reconditioning machines that can be purchased to remove stains and concrete stuck on a variety of used scaffolding equipment including frames, jacks, steel tubes, and couplers, etc. This reconditioning process provides efficiency for maintaining scaffold equipment to save labour cost and time.
